College Place Assisted Living is a wonderful alternative to nursing home care. We are a unique residence for senior adults who still maintain their independence and do not want to be burdened by routine activities of daily living like cooking, housekeeping, lawn care and other tiresome household chores. Your time and energy can now be directed toward activities you enjoy, such as socializing with family, friends and neighbors, taking care of your pets, exercising, arts & crafts, reading or playing games - just to mention a few.
College Place offers 3 different floor plans to choose from: studios, suites, and patio apartments. Each apartment is equipped with staff call buttons, a fully private bath & kitchenette containing a microwave, mini-refrigerator and sink. Rooms are unfurnished, and we encourage you to add your personal touch by bringing your favorite belongings from home. At College Place, you will have everything you need to enjoy your independent lifestyle. Our staff of Medication Techs and Personal Care Attendants will provide supervision and assistance with serving meals, medication management, bathing and other daily tasks as needed. All services are available at one low monthly fee with no long-term contracts to sign.
