What is Home Health?
Home health is medical care delivered in your home, usually by skilled professionals such as nurses and/or therapists. Home health can help you recover from surgery, illness, or injury, or manage a chronic condition. Home Health can also provide support and education to help you maintain independence and quality of life.
Home Health Services are covered at 100% for qualified patients.
